Recently, Jiangxi Holitech Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jiangxi Holitech”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Holitech Technology Limited Liability Company, and Shenzhen BYD Electronic Components Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “BYD Electronic Components”), proposed a joint venture of RMB100 million to establish Nanchang BYD Electronic Components Co., Ltd. (tentative name, final name subject to industrial and commercial registration, and hereinafter referred to as “Nanchang Components”). Jiangxi Holitech contributed RMB10 million, accounting for 10% of the registered capital, while BYD Electronic Components contributed RMB90 million, accounting for 90% of the registered capital. The new joint venture will be mainly engaged in R&D, production and sales of camera modules and related components for mobile phones, tablet PCs, laptops, automobiles, scanners, household appliances, VR, AR, etc..
